Owner-occupier jobs are kitchens, bathrooms and dark passages in older houses, often with a tiled roof and a garden that builders can use for rubble if you agree. Rental jobs near the campus are faster and plainer, and they fail when the enquiry does not say the flat must be lettable by a date. Those are different programmes.

Main Road traffic affects deliveries in the daytime. Side streets are calmer. Say which. We did not copy the Claremont page: the university rental pattern is the Rondebosch-specific point.
